PRN Mohs Medical Assistant

QualDerm Partners is seeking a skilled and reliable PRN Mohs Medical Assistant to join our exceptional team. As a PRN Mohs Medical Assistant, you will assist in providing high-quality patient care during Mohs surgeries and various dermatological procedures. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced dermatologists and contribute to creating a positive patient experience. Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and preparation for Mohs surgery.
• Take vital signs and prepare patients for examination and procedures.
• Ensure all necessary instruments and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist the physician during Mohs surgeries and related procedures.
• Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and follow-up instructions.
• Support the team in patient flow within the clinic.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Previous experience in a dermatology or surgical setting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Mohs surgery procedures and dermatological practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality with discretion.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and office software.
