🎯 ABOUT THIS ROLE – OWN CLIENT ONBOARDING FROM END TO END
We’re looking for a smart, detail-obsessed, tech-savvy operator who can:
→ Make every client feel like they’ve joined something elite
→ Coordinate and implement backend systems with precision
→ Grow into a leadership role over time
You’ll work directly with our founding team and clients. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our onboarding and setup experience.
🎯 WHAT YOU’LL DO
🛠 Client Onboarding
- Prepare for and shadow onboarding calls (eventually lead them)
- Collect all assets: calendar links, CRMs, funnel pages, tone-of-voice docs
- Keep onboarding tasks organized in our internal dashboard
- Follow up with clients, support via Slack, and ensure timelines are met
⚙️ Tech Implementation
- Help configure AI tone logic, CRM integrations, and tagging flows
- Set up automations with tools like Zapier, GoHighLevel, Calendly, etc.
- QA systems before launch to ensure no issues or bugs
- Coordinate with the CTO and media team to align on timing and deliverables
📈 Ownership & Leadership
- Build and refine onboarding SOPs and playbooks
- Proactively suggest system improvements or process upgrades
- Train future onboarding assistants as we scale
Eventually, take full ownership of the onboarding department
- Someone who thrives on structure, systems, and getting things done right
- Experienced in client onboarding, operations, tech VA work, or project management
- Tech-savvy abd you know your way around CRMs, Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, Zapier
- An excellent communicator—clear, professional, proactive
- Calm under pressure and detail-obsessed (you don’t let anything fall through the cracks)
- Hungry for growth—this isn’t a “clock in, clock out” role
- Bonus if you’ve worked in a startup, software, SaaS, agency, or high-ticket offer environment.
