Who You Are
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in filling candidate pipelines and screening for positions within the healthcare industry, specifically targeting Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and similar clinical roles.
What You'll Do
- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified clinical candidates, including but not limited to job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews, assessing their skills, experience, and qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary candidate information and feedback.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective sourcing strategies and optimize recruitment processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment-related materials as needed.
What You'll Need
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with a focus on clinical roles within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling candidate pipelines and meeting recruitment targets.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media platforms, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
