Potential to manage team of associates
8 years of delivering years of experience in Digital Transformation and Enterprise
Application modernization initiatives.
Hands-on client facing leadership in advisory, strategy, and execution of enterprise application modernization and digital transformation projects.
Developed holistic strategies (people, process, technology) for client Enterprise-wide Applications initiatives
Experience in Enterprise application solutions and platforms: (CRM, CPQ, ERP, SCM, POS, FP&A, HCM…) Preferred experience in tier-one software technologies (e.g. NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, OneStream)
Functional expertise or formal education across domains such as Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Human Resources.
Experience facilitating client working sessions, including:
Requirements gathering, writing use cases, user stories.
Functional design decision workshops
Conference room pilots
Deployment and adoption planning
Manage engagement budgets
Functional Enterprise Architecture experience, comfortable planning, leading the selection, & implementation services
Formal consulting experience is a plus (big 4, top 20 or boutique).
Experience working across different departments and teams in an enterprise environment
Strong documentation, analytical, organizational, digital agility, and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to drive progress with little to no oversight
Preferable experience in Retail, Restaurant, Automotive, Utility, Energy, Healthcare and/or Financial Services in technology industries

Enterprise Software certifications desired
Scrum Master and/or Product Owner certifications desired
B.A. or B.S. degree
MBA/MS desired
The estimated salary range for this role is $96,500 - $215,500 USD per year. This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable. Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
