At Pavago, we are hiring a Commercial Real Estate Assistant to support our client in managing social media marketing, CRM and database management, property research, and client communications. Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create and schedule daily X (Twitter) posts and weekly LinkedIn content. Engage with industry professionals, manage post approvals, and track follower growth without paid promotion.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the Realnex CRM by cleaning data, categorising contacts, adding property/ownership details, and organising follow-up timelines for leads and past clients.
- Property Research & Data Entry: Use tools like White Pages, LandPro, and Crexi Pro to research commercial property owners, compile property and contact information, and enter into CRM for lead generation and campaign use.
- Email Campaigns & Newsletters: Draft and manage weekly email campaigns and monthly newsletters, targeting segments based on property ownership and interests. Track open rates, engagement, and database growth.
- Listing & Owner Databases: Build and maintain spreadsheets of active listings and property owners across Ada and Canyon counties, ensuring accuracy of key data points like price, type, location, and broker.
- Lead Follow-Up & Communication: Execute structured follow-up for leads by category (hot, warm, cold), using phone, email, and CRM tools. Log interactions and ensure consistent outreach.
- Local Market Monitoring: Track local business activity, economic developments, and planning news to identify real estate opportunities. Compile and report findings regularly.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Provide daily updates on tasks, share ideas for improvements, and coordinate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality execution of marketing and research responsibilities.

- Data Entry & Organization: High attention to detail for accurate data input, database cleanup, and maintaining organized records.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for client interaction, follow-up, and social media engagement.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), and email management tools.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
Each day begins with creating and scheduling social media posts, followed by engaging with industry contacts to build relationships. Next, you’ll update and clean the CRM database, researching property owners and adding detailed notes. You’ll then review and maintain the active listings database, preparing targeted email campaigns for potential buyers. Throughout the day, you’ll monitor local market activity and share ideas to improve marketing and processes, while providing regular updates and addressing any challenges.
