Pavago is hiring a results-driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our client’s growing team. In this role, you’ll own client relationships end-to-end, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving upsell opportunities, and proactively reducing churn. You’ll be the trusted partner and point of contact for your accounts, acting as a bridge between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business goals, needs, and challenges.
Account Growth & Upselling: Identify and execute opportunities to upsell products and services that align with the client’s evolving goals.
Churn Prevention: Proactively monitor client health, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve issues quickly to increase retention.
Client Success Planning: Create and maintain success plans for key accounts, ensuring clients derive maximum value.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, support, and product teams to advocate for client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
Reporting & Feedback: Track key account metrics, provide insights to clients, and relay feedback internally for continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills:
• 2–4 years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Client Relationship role preferably in a SaaS, agency, or high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and reducing churn.
• Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
You’ll start your day by checking on account health, reviewing open action items, and prepping for client meetings. Throughout the day, you’ll hop on check-in calls, deliver updates, identify upsell opportunities, and address any client concerns. You’ll work closely with internal teams to align on priorities and ensure clients get timely, top-notch service. Your day ends with notes, follow-ups, and a few wins to celebrate.

Interview Process:
Initial Phone Call: Brief intro to understand your background and fit for the role.
Video Interview: 30-minute call focused on your account management skills and experience.
Final Interview: Direct discussion with the client to ensure mutual alignment.
Background Checks: Quick verification of past employment and references.
