Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to course offerings, account management, and technical support.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about our education products and services to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote satisfaction and encourage retention.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or technology sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks.
