Italian Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions Department

As a consultant, you will provide expert guidance to our Italian-speaking clients, helping them choose and implement the most suitable online payment solutions to elevate their business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with Italian-speaking clients to assess their online payment needs and challenges.
• Provide customized recommendations and solutions for effective online payment processing.
• Assist clients with the integration and implementation of payment systems.
• Conduct training sessions and deliver ongoing support to ensure clients maximize their use of payment solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations to offer clients the latest payment technologies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and overall client satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience with online payment systems, e-commerce, or consulting in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tailor solutions to specific client needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
