We are currently seeking a talented Long Form Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to join our client's team, focusing on entrepreneurship content. This role is ideal for someone who has a flair for storytelling and can transform raw footage into captivating long-form videos that engage and inspire viewers.

Your role will involve concept development, video editing, and creating motion graphics that enhance the storytelling experience of each video.

Responsibilities

  • Edit 5–6 long-form videos (10–13 minutes each) per month, based on provided scripts and voiceovers
  • Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across videos to match the brand tone and audience expectations
  • Collaborate remotely with a team of ~10 (mix of full-time and freelance creatives including producers, designers, and other editors)
  • Deliver high-quality, polished edits on schedule to keep pace with our content calendar (~30 videos/month total across channels)
  • Apply light motion graphics and on-brand visual effects to enhance learning and viewer retention
  • Continuously improve edits based on feedback and performance data
  • Proven experience as a video editor and motion graphic designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating long-form content
  • Ability to create dynamic motion graphics that complement video content
  • Strong understanding of pacing, flow, and structure for long-form videos
  • Experience with color grading and sound design
  • Ability to collaborate closely with content creators, producers, and directors
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent tools), familiarity with DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong eye for pacing, structure, and visual storytelling in an educational/tutorial format
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a remote setup
  • Bonus: Understanding of digital entrepreneurship, start ups, personal branding, or creator economy trends
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality video production
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
