We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth to pour gas on the fire. This is not a “brand awareness” role. You’ll be directly responsible for revenue-driving initiatives, paid acquisition, and funnel optimization — all tied to real pipeline.

What You’ll Own

  • Paid Acquisition (Meta-first) Own media buying strategy, execution, and optimization (mainly Facebook/Instagram). Build campaigns that convert cold traffic into qualified sales calls.
  • Creative Strategy Develop and manage performance-driven ad creatives (visuals, hooks, copy). Work with internal or external designers, or build yourself if needed. You know what makes scroll-stoppers.
  • Funnel and Landing Page Optimization Build and continuously test landing pages, quizzes, and opt-in funnels. You know CRO tools and can work in Webflow, Unbounce, HighLevel, or similar.
  • Lead Generation and Demand Gen Ops Own the top-of-funnel strategy. From audience research to messaging angles to channel mix, your mission is MQLs that convert.
  • Sales Team Integration Work closely with our sales team to ensure lead handoff is seamless. Build tracking, attribution, and feedback loops that make both teams better.
  • 3+ years of hands-on growth marketing experience, with a strong focus on paid acquisition (preferably Meta/Facebook Ads).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through performance marketing.
  • Deep experience in media buying, creative testing, and optimization, particularly for cold traffic.
  • Strong creative sense — you know how to develop or guide scroll-stopping visuals, hooks, and copy that convert.
  • Experience with funnel building and landing page optimization using tools like Webflow, Unbounce, HighLevel, or similar.
  • Skilled in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution, and able to set up effective feedback loops with the sales team.
  • Excellent understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment with high ownership and accountability.
