A word from the team:


Join our Revenue Operations team as a Business Analyst, where you'll focus on optimizing systems to drive revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Finance, and Customer Success, you'll improve operational efficiencies, and define automations to be implemented to ensure alignment across the entire customer lifecycle.

Your day-to-day:
  • In-depth business analysis and process understanding to identify current challenges, improvement opportunities, and recommend effective CRM solutions;
  • Gather and document business requirements related to CRM processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Prepare tasks and collaborate with development. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely reflection of changes within the CRM system, and communicate these updates to impacted departments.
  • Educate and influence stakeholders across the organization to ensure optimal use of CRM functionalities, promoting best practices and user adoption.


Your skills & experience:
  • Experience working as a Business Analyst in a project environment, delivering IT-enabled changes.
  • Strong skills to map out current-state ("as-is") and future-state ("to-be") processes. Experience creating process diagrams that help identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Experience managing or supporting cross-functional projects related to revenue operations processes.
  • Hands-on experience across the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, release, and post-implementation support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize competing demands.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to identify and implement process changes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice to have:
  • Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, or another relevant industry.
  • B2B process understanding, with the ability to optimize workflows and automation.
  • Experience with sales tools and platforms.
  • Change management experience.


Salary:
  • Gross salary: 2600 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
