Soft Sales Agent

Outsourcing Advantage is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Soft Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through inbound warm lead sales calls, providing information about our products and guiding them through the purchasing process. Your primary objective will be to build rapport with prospects and convert leads into satisfied customers without the pressure typical of hard sales tactics. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate product benefits and features to potential customers in a friendly and informative manner.
• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving conversion rates.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

• Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a soft sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a level of C1 Advanced must.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions in a calm and professional manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
