How do we work?
As a Product Manager - User Onboarding and Payments, you will be responsible for setting the business strategy and roadmap to make a measurable impact on the user acquisition, conversion and overall revenue generation at OANDA.
This position is essential to our growth strategy, requiring an understanding of the user journeys and a commitment to data-driven decision-making within a dynamic environment.
In this role, you will:
Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the User Onboarding and Payments experience
Build consensus with a diverse range of senior leadership and regional heads
Lead product discovery
Leverage insights, user research, regulatory requirements, and competitor analysis to identify the problems and opportunities
collaborate with the UX team and tech leads to deliver the best solutions
Effectively prioritize work to execute the product strategy while ensuring strict compliance with evolving global KYC/AML regulations and payment processing requirements
Collaborate on product delivery, from defining the scope and documenting business requirements, through estimates, planning, documentation, communications, launch, and post-launch monitoring
Identify prospect vendors and to manage existing vendor relationships for your area, such as Payment providers or vendors supporting the Onboarding technology
Mentor a small team of Business Analysts who support the Product Manager in the respective areas

To be successful in this role, you need:
experience as
Product Manager or Product Owner in a complex working environment
AND/ORA specialist in a role related to at least one of:
payment providers and integrations
user onboarding
KYC/AML
Demonstrable experience of building successful products
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders' expectations
Ability to present complex topics to the audience with various levels of expertise in your field
Ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed product decisions
Work environment
Kraków or Warsaw office - 20% (4 days/month), up to 80% remote
Ability to work flexible hours as required
