We are looking for:A talented, multidisciplinary creative designer with a strong foundation in digital first designs and UI/UX. You have a strong creative point of view and know how to catch the eye of audiences in a crowded market through growth-focused design and conversion optimization. You are passionate about UI & UX, interaction design, defining scalable & effective design systems, motion design, and digital/social first compositions that convert. You have your finger on the pulse of what's trending in UI, marketing, design, and the digital landscape. You are self-motivated. You are inspired. You have big ideas. You take ownership.
You'll do:- Apply industry best practices for UI/UX principles focused on optimized user journeys, clear information architecture, designing intuitive navigation and interactions, foundational prototyping skills
- Build, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency across all touchpoints for digital experiences
- Collaborate cross functionally between product managers, engineers, stakeholders and clients to bring designs to life and bring value to hit KPIs
- Clearly define and development documentation for designs, QA process and
- Ability to work across brands and quickly adapt to new design systems to create stunning digital ads, social posts, emails, landing pages that drive measurable results
- Develop basic motion design elements including micro-interactions, animated UI components, and social media motion graphics
- Create compelling data visualizations that transform complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Be driven by creative performance with an intention to create the best work to achieve the best results
- Follow UI/UX, digital marketing, design, and social trends, with an eye toward experimentation with emerging tools and techniques
- Work directly with clients to maintain strong, communicative relationships while presenting data-backed design recommendations
- Analyze and interpret past creative performance data, translating insights into improved design strategies
- Collaborate with a team of creatives and strategists on marketing campaign planning and implementation
- Strong organization & communication skills with ability to present complex data visually
- Willing to learn, grow and adapt at fast pace
- 3+ years of hands-on design experience with proven track record in growth design and conversion optimization
- Strong UX/UI skills from initial ideation & strategy to execution, with focus on performance metrics and user behavior analysis
- Solid foundation in motion design principles including timing, easing, and storytelling through animation
- Experience building, documenting, and scaling design systems across multiple products or platforms
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques, with ability to create clear charts, dashboards, and infographics
- Strong knowledge of multiple social channels and the best ways to activate them through visual messaging, copy, and content that converts
- Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and how design impacts conversion rates
- Strong written and oral communication skills, specifically when presenting creative ideas backed by performance data
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape, internet culture, memes, trends, and growth marketing tactics
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator) and other prototyping tools a plus
- Experience with design systems tools and version control practices
- An interest in product design and ability to navigate between design disciplines seamlessly
- A passion for the power of clear, smart design and impactful visual communication that drives business results
- Animation, video, & 3D design skills & tools are a plus
- Web design experience including HTML, and CSS is a plus
- BFA in Marketing / Advertising / Communication Design or a similar field is a plus

The compensation range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 base pay plus bonus.
