As an Account Manager you will work hand in hand with clients and internal project teams to cultivate and strengthen relationships by providing outstanding agency service and effective project management. You’ll touch multiple accounts, partner closely with provide support and strategic guidance, recommend compelling marketing solutions, and help ensure flawless implementation and delivery. You’ll also be a part of our broader agency growth, contributing to business and process development.
What You’ll Do
Provide support across multiple accounts by stewarding projects internally and externally, ensuring a successful execution and delivery on numerous fast-paced projects.
Act as a supporting point of contact for clients, responding promptly and communicating proactively to ensure their needs are met.
Drive project management across projects by managing timelines, team deliverables, budgets, and staffing plans, while proactively addressing any issues that arise.
Manage cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality assets and deliverables.
Establish strong relationships and an in-depth understanding of our clients and their industries, client competitors' strategies, and market conditions, and leverage this understanding to guide the internal teams' efforts in collaboration with clients.
Support the team with quality control by reviewing all assets before sharing with client and/or partners to ensure they meet brand standards, client expectations, and quality benchmarks. Always maintaining a high standard of excellence in all deliverables.
Support in business development, seeking out new opportunities and areas for organic growth with your accounts, while also having involvement in developing proposals and new business pitches.
Become a specialist in our clients’ Legal and Regulatory review processes, ensuring clean submissions with previous learnings applied.
Contribute to agency best practice codification including process development and improvement.
What You’ll Bring
You have 5+ years of experience in a similar agency account and project management role, with a proven track record of collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, .
You're a natural guide, driving and inspiring internal teams to successfully deliver multiple high-value, fast-paced projects. Externally, you guide and support your clients, ensuring their goals are met with excellence and efficiency.
You have demonstrated the ability to develop, grow, and extend meaningful client relationships.
You enjoy contributing to business development.
You have concise written and verbal communication skills across all mediums, internally and externally.
You’re excited about growing new skill sets and leading new types of projects.
You’re self-motivated, positive attitude and collaborative nature, with the ability to adapt to new situations, think on your feet, and communicate openly and proactively with those around you.
You’re comfortable working in a fluid environment utilizing soft skills: listening, collaborating, negotiating, and decision-making.
You’re a collaborative, team player with an entrepreneurial, proactive approach to problem solving.
