About the right team member

The Strategic Account Program Manager will serve as the central operational and communications hub for the Strategic Account organization. This role balances strong organizational skills with analytical capabilities, proactively driving resource management while also supporting quota setting, annual operating plan setting, and sales forecasting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organization, analytical, and communications skills and excel in cross functional environment, with about 50% of the role requiring program management skills, and 50% focusing on data analytics (forecasting, quota reporting, etc).  

About the role

  • Build and maintain active resource hubs for all team documentation within the Strategic Accounts organization  
  • Assist with quota reporting, Annual Operating Plan creation, and ad hoc projects 
  • Serve as primary liaison & cross-functional partner to the Product org providing communications/updates to the SA org on to product rollouts / product announcements  
  • Partner with Product & Marketing to create materials & resources dedicated to educating internal and external stakeholders on product releases and updates  
  • Serve as the driver for product-related SA meetings and cadences  
  • Serve as a key contributor to cross-functional DACIs representing SA (e.g., Attentive, MB Capital, MB Insurance)  
  • Own QBR template deck/ source of truth deck that contains library of slides for all strategic priorities for SAMs to cover with their customers (e.g., product releases, PIO/dynamic pricing, capital, insurance, etc)  
  • Prioritize deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting priorties 
  • Identify gaps in process or productivity and recommend solutions 
  • All other duties assigned 

Skills & experience

  • 2-4 Years of Program Management Experience
  • 2+ Years with Sales Analytics or related experience 
  • Bias-for-action and ability to drive coordination of product launches with minimal guidance necessary  
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the company
  • Experience in utilizing data and analytics for forecasting, reporting, and sales compensation analysis.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Proven ability to create, organize, and maintain internal documentation, team resources, and shared knowledge bases with a high level of accuracy. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring documents are error-free, consistently formatted, and regularly updated. 
  • Strong organizational skills with experience developing systems or frameworks for easy access and version control of documentation. 
  • Proactive in identifying gaps in team resources or documentation, taking initiative to fill them before they become blockers. 
  • Skilled in creating user-friendly templates, checklists, SOPs, and internal guides that enhance team efficiency and clarity. 
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to collect, verify, and streamline information from multiple stakeholders. 
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizing multiple projects, with a natural sense of ownership and follow-through. 
  • Capable of anticipating team needs and independently developing solutions or suggesting process improvements. 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for crafting clear documentation and facilitating alignment.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $80,200 to $100,300. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
