THE JOB:

As the Live Streaming Studio Manager, you’ll lead a unique and innovative virtual gaming experience. You’ll set the tone for a collaborative, high-energy team focused on guest service, entertainment, and adaptability. In this evolving role, you’ll support daily operations, team training, and employee engagement while helping shape the future of live streaming at MGM Grand, including content capture and global audience connection. We're looking for someone dedicated, creative, and ready to lead with passion.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Oversees live streaming operations and ensures regulatory compliance, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service while fostering a culture of cooperation, accountability, and professionalism through employee recognition and engagement

• Interviews, thoughtfully hires, trains, as well as manages Game Presenters and oversees schedules to ensure consistent game coverage and appropriate staffing levels

• Facilitates in-depth training tailored to the unique nature of the live streaming service, including training for new games, and adherence to game policies and procedures

• Evaluates performance through observation and guest feedback, providing coaching and ongoing training for Supervisors and Game Presenters as needed

• Promptly resolves guest issues, addresses or escalates technical problems as they arise, and submits daily operational reports

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

• Has a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Hospitality, Entertainment, or front-facing guest service
