Job Description

We are a fast-growing eCommerce brand redefining wellness through high-performance, beautifully designed products in the fitness and hydration space. With a strong focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant / Project Manager to support and streamline our marketing operations.

This role is perfect for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and excited to work in a dynamic, remote environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing lead to ensure all initiatives—from email campaigns to product listings—are executed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Own and maintain all marketing tasks and timelines in Asana (or similar project management platforms)
  • Ensure deadlines are met and projects are tracked accurately
  • Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to maintain project momentum

Platform Updates

  • Support content updates for product listings and promotions on Shopify
  • Make listing updates and adjustments on Amazon Seller Central
  • Manage asset collection and communication between teams and contractors

Marketing Support

  • Assist the marketing lead with executing content strategies, social media calendars, and scheduling
  • Help draft, schedule, and analyze email campaigns via Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform)
  • Create and proofread content with strong attention to grammar, tone, and brand consistency

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a marketing assistant or project coordinator role
  • Proficient in Asana or equivalent project management tools
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Klaviyo (or similar ESP)
  • Native or near-native English fluency with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced team environment

Nice to Have

  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with eCommerce growth or retention strategies
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or paid ads platforms
