Renal Denervation (RDN) is an innovative procedure that helps patients lower their blood pressure by targeting specific overactive nerves near the kidneys, which can lead to hypertension—a global epidemic affecting up to half of all adults.

CathWorks provides a sophisticated FFRangio system designed to support interventional cardiologists in gaining a deeper insight into their patients' physiology in the cath lab. By leveraging artificial intelligence and state-of-the-art computational science, the FFRangio System derives physiological data from standard angiograms, thereby improving the decision-making process for treatment.

We are looking for a Senior Program Marketing Specialist to support the US CRDN Customer Education team. This person will play a pivotal role in supporting the CRDN program operations by managing backend systems, developing program metrics dashboards, and coordinating event planning activities. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and proficiency in various platforms. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Salesforce and Workfront, with a working knowledge of Medtronic Academy, Cvent/SHARPP, Bluewire, and Allego.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Serve as an expert or liaison for backend systems, including Salesforce and Workfront, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop, manage, and report program metrics to marketing and sales teams. This includes pulling reports on nominations, program metrics, sales/rep alignment, promotions, etc.
  • Manage program nominations in collaboration with the field and event planning team. Align Salesforce alerts and dropdowns to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and troubleshoot challenges, working with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar to track all program activities and milestones.
  • Manage Bluewire and Allego assets for the team, ensuring all resources are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Calibrate invitees and registrations, manage invitations, and coordinate the distribution of items to programs.
  • Collaborate with metrics teams and touchpoints to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Serve as the point person for the MDS team, managing metrics and ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
  • Act as a liaison for the Event Planning team, particularly with Cvent/SHARPP, to ensure smooth event execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 4 years of experince in Marketing, Marketing programs and systems or 2 years with an advanced degree.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and Workfront is essential.

Nice to Have:

  • Proficiency in Medtronic Academy, Cvent/SHARPP, Bluewire, and Allego is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and manage program metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$92,000.00 - $138,000.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
