Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as the Admin/Clinic Manager. This varied role offers PEOPLE LEADERSHIP, CLIENT ENGAGEMENT, AND DAY-TO-DAY CLINIC ADMINISTRATION.
Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided, as well as career development opportunities at our growing organisation.
The primary function of the Practice Manager is to support the staff members in their clinic. The key indicators of success are their well-being, productivity, and engagement.
What we are looking for:
To be considered for the position, ideally, you will have had several years of experience in an HR/Admin role, or leading a team (20+) with people management experience and be able to demonstrate the following:
- People management skills, with experience managing a team, performing check-ins and 1-on-1s with staff
- Self-starter, high level of emotional intelligence, able to work autonomously
- Effective delegation, strategic thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Assertive and patient communicator
- Committed to learning and implementing new skills
- Committed to advancing the lives of people with disabilities
- Understanding and respect for cultural diversity and differing abilities
In short, a people’s champion and a wizard at getting tasks done
The hours:
Monday to Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm
Flexibility to increase hours Monday - Thursday & have a half day Friday or 9-day fortnight!!
