As a Project Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of each project, leading communication, shaping the client experience, and guiding teams through all phases of design and delivery. From thoughtfully crafted modern workspaces to ambitious public environments, you’ll lead dynamic interior projects that call for imagination, teamwork, and precision.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients, tenants, landlords, and public agencies alike.
  • Lead interior projects from vision through execution, ensuring design intent aligns with project goals.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and internal teams, with the agility to adjust as project needs evolve.
  • Coordinate across consultants, contractors, jurisdictions, and design professionals to maintain momentum and clarity.
  • Guide teams with a quality-first mindset, offering mentorship and oversight at every project stage.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • A passion for collaborative design and the confidence to take initiative.
  • Strong experience managing interior architecture or tenant improvement projects.
  • Expert-level communication skills - written, verbal, and visual.
  • A deep understanding of construction documents, codes, and detailing.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects while staying cool under pressure.

WHAT WE OFFER:

We believe that people do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. At LRS, you'll find:

  • Hybrid flexibility: Work where you thrive - with a mix of remote and in-office options.
  • Competitive compensation with annual reviews and advancement opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and FSA plans.
  • 401(k) with employer match to support your financial future.
  • Generous paid time off and 7+ paid holidays annually.
  • Support for licensure, certification, and continuing education to help you grow.
  • Collaborative, inclusive culture that values mentorship, balance, and equity.
  • A meaningful role in a majority women-owned, JUST-labeled, and Top Workplace-recognized firm.
