Loopio is looking for a visionary strategist to join our marketing team as the Senior Director of Growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this is a highly collaborative leadership role with shared goals across marketing, sales, product, customer success and partnerships. The Senior Director of Growth is accountable for executing marketing programs that deliver measurable results tied directly to revenue, and is critical in Loopio’s ability to achieve our next phase of growth.

You will work alongside the VP of Marketing to continuously co-develop, nurture, and refine marketing strategies, ensuring that marketing is a strategic growth driver for Loopio. The Senior Director of Growth will have a proven track record of scaling high-velocity businesses, being deeply data-driven and skilled in performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale budgets, identifying and growing talent, and building a strong culture with a growth mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and drive the end-to-end marketing growth strategy.

  • Align marketing goals with business priorities, driving awareness, pipeline, conversion and engagement across the entire customer lifecycle.

  • Lead and scale multi-channel acquisition efforts across paid (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic) and organic (SEO, content), partnerships, and events to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution.

  • Develop, execute and optimize full-funnel marketing campaigns leveraging AI-driven strategies, personalization and automation to enhance demand generation and customer engagement.

  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets while prioritizing CAC, LTV, pipeline contribution, and efficiency across all channels.

  • Build and refine performance dashboards and reporting systems with RevOps to drive a data-driven culture, accountability to KPIs, marketing attribution and revenue forecasting.

  • Support product launches and market expansion with clear, strategic GTM plans, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success and Sales teams.

  • Lead and mentor a growing marketing team, fostering a high-performing, data-backed environment.

  • Drive ABM/ABX programs targeting enterprise and mid-market accounts, leveraging insights, intent data, and equipping SDRs and sales teams with tools, plays, and personalized content.

  • Continuously build, test and optimize acquisition and lifecycle programs to drive measurable revenue results and support both net-new acquisition and expansion goals.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 8+ years of marketing experience (including 6+ years leading digital teams), with 3+ years managing marketing in startups or high-growth environments.

  • Proven success scaling marketing from early-stage through Series B+, owning revenue outcomes and managing multi-million-dollar paid media budgets (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle marketing, ABM, and product marketing, blending data and storytelling to drive growth.

  • Strong demand generation leadership experience in B2B SaaS, building scalable programs that drive revenue and pipeline growth.

  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with proficiency in GA4, SFDC, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, and marketing attribution and forecasting models.

  • Experienced cross-functional collaborator, partnering closely with Product, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to execute go-to-market strategies and optimize the full funnel.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and prioritization skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams while remaining hands-on.

  • Strong program management skills, maintaining attention to detail and quality while operating with urgency and navigating ambiguity.

  • Bias for action and innovation, energized by fast-paced environments and passionate about leveraging AI-driven strategies to improve marketing efficiency.

Where You’ll Work 📍

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We are HQ’d in Canada, with established hub regions around the world where we hire from.

  • Our employees (or Loopers, as we call ourselves!) live and work in 🇨🇦 Canada (British Columbia and Ontario), 🇬🇧 London, and 🇮🇳 India (specifically in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Bengaluru).

  • The majority of our team is based in ON and BC, which means these employees live and work remotely within a 300km radius of Toronto (within Ontario) and Vancouver (Within BC). 

  • We offer flexible co-working locations available to Loopers in ON and BC. Those based in ON have the option of working out of our convenient co-working space located in the heart of Downtown Toronto and a 12-minute walk from Union Station. BC Loopers have the option to work centrally in Vancouver. It is whatever works best for you!

  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually across the UK, India, and North America (we’re just a Zoom call and Slack message away!) with core sync hours and focus time for headsdown work 🙇🏾 during the workday
