We are looking for a dynamic Property Onboarding Consultant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming new hosts to our platform, ensuring a seamless and successful onboarding experience. In this fast-paced, target-driven role, you will be responsible for guiding hosts through the setup process, providing expert advice on optimising their listings and equipping them with the necessary tools to maximise their success. Your role will involve proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building to ensure hosts feel confident and supported from day one.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new property partners, ensuring a smooth transition into the LekkeSlaap platform.
- Provide step-by-step guidance to hosts on how to create and optimise their listings, including uploading photos and writing engaging descriptions.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for new hosts to ensure they understand the features and functionalities of the platform.
- Assist new and existing hosts with updating profiles and property information.
- Write and optimise property listings to meet company standards and align with brand guidelines.
- Communicate procedures and policies clearly to ensure host understanding and compliance.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve onboarding-related queries and technical or content issues.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Monitor performance of newly onboarded properties and offer strategies to boost visibility and bookings.
- Gather host feedback to identify pain points and suggest process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends to advise property owners on best practices and competitive strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and documentation.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners.
- Work towards achieving individual and team onboarding targets to contribute to overall business growth.
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management is preferred.
- Copywriting experience is a plus.
- Proficient understanding of the accommodation industry and changes within the market.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, in Afrikaans and English.
- Experience in a target-driven environment is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to effectively manage multiple onboarding processes while meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with new clients is essential.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property management tools is highly desirable.
- A go-getter attitude and problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and readiness to contribute to a supportive team culture.
- Strong administrative, organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
