We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Growth Operations Manager to power the operational engine behind Knownwell’s rapidly expanding growth functions. This role is central to driving effectiveness and efficiency across our sales, marketing, and contracting efforts.
This individual will work cross-functionally with our employer and payor sales teams, field marketing, credentialing, and provider onboarding to ensure our go-to-market and scaling strategies are supported with strong infrastructure, data, and processes. The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker, project manager, and operator.
\n- Deploy, manage, and continuously improve CRM systems to support employer sales, payor sales, and credentialing efforts
- Design and manage dashboards, reports, and workflows that enable data-driven decision-making across growth functions.
- Implement and track variable compensation models for commercial and marketing teams in collaboration with Finance.
- Support field provider marketing operations (e.g., regional campaign enablement, event ROI tracking).
- Collaborate with payor contracting and credentialing teams to streamline and track workflows
- Build and manage systems that enable efficient payor onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Design and optimize the cross-team intake and request processes related to credentialing, onboarding, and GTM support.
- Partner with Clinical Ops, Credentialing, and Marketing to ensure newly onboarded providers are launch-ready with the right tools, visibility, and enablement assets.
- Track and coordinate launch tasks and cross-functional support requirements for new market entries or provider additions.
- Support new market launch and clinic opening efforts as the key growth team stakeholder
- Identify bottlenecks and gaps across growth-related workflows and implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Own documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for growth ops workflows.
- 4+ years of experience in operations, sales/marketing operations, consulting or business systems management, preferably in a healthcare, tech-enabled services, or high growth startup environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare operations, payor contracting, or provider credentialing preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) including setup, customization, and maintenance.
- Proven project management skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to drive insights and decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a collaborative mindset.
