Keeper is hiring a driven and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full cycle, global recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments and levels. This is a 100% remote position from select locations with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to identify job requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, facilitate the entire recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and requirements, with a focus on mid-level professional roles (sales, technology, marketing, etc.)
  • Source and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases
  • Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and determine fit for the role and organization
  • Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate the selection process, including conducting interviews, providing real-time status updates and coordinating interview scheduling
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidate selection and offer negotiation
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to initiate the new hire onboarding process
  • Facilitate new hire check-ins and monitor and share onboarding feedback, supporting a positive candidate and new employee experience
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment reporting
  • Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and other recruitment sources to attract top talent
  • Create and maintain process documentation and communication templates, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining
  • Participate in special projects for the talent acquisition and human resources teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements
  • 3+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1+ year(s) technical and/or sales recruiting experience
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment software, such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Ability to quickly build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • General knowledge of employment law, as it relates to recruitment
  • Experience handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Strong computer skills, Google Suite strongly preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in tech or cybersecurity (preferred)
