Our learning pods serve students in small, supportive groups led by trained Learning Coaches, using personalized, family-selected curricula. We also empower entrepreneurial founders launching microschools of all models—faith-based, outdoor, gifted, and more—to bring their educational vision to life.

You will set the tone for culture, student engagement, and academic excellence at each site, while also contributing to the broader growth and impact of KaiPod’s national network.

This is a highly collaborative role that combines strategic leadership, operational oversight, and hands-on support for educators. You’ll serve as a model for educational excellence and lead with empathy, adaptability, and a deep commitment to student success.
