About Julius

Julius is building AI Data Analyst and growing quickly. Every knowledge worker - from financial analysts to marketers to product managers - relies on data to make critical decisions. Yet getting meaningful insights takes hours (at best) or days (on average). Julius gives every knowledge worker their own 24/7 AI data analyst, delivering the insights they need in minutes, not days. We've already made incredible progress since launching in late 2023. Julius executes over 4 million lines of analysis code daily, and our users have generated over 10 million data visualizations.

What You'll Do

User Support

  • Own the entire customer support experience across email, social, and community channels

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through their complex analysis in Julius

  • Create and maintain a knowledge base, FAQ, and onboarding materials

  • Identify and escalate product bugs and feature requests to the engineering team

Community Building

  • Build and nurture our user community (we have 2M+ users!)

  • Develop programs to recognize and reward power users and community contributors

  • Foster peer-to-peer learning and networking among Julius users

  • Create engaging content that showcases Julius capabilities and user success stories

  • Collaborate with product team to beta test new features with community members

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional written communication - You can explain complex concepts clearly and maintain a helpful, positive tone even in challenging situations

  • User-first mindset - You genuinely care about user success and take ownership of their experience

  • Self-starter mentality - You can operate with minimal direction and can build processes from scratch

  • Technical aptitude - Comfortable learning new software tools and understanding basic data concepts (data analysis or data science knowledge a plus)

  • Pattern recognition - You can spot trends in user feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, community, marketing or related roles

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Entrepreneurship or building a community 

  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or data science background

  • Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack, Circle) and social media management

  • Experience creating educational content (tutorials, documentation, videos)
