Job Summary: This position is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy by identifying, developing, and executing new business opportunities. This leadership role involves overseeing sales, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives, while aligning business development strategies with overall organizational goals. This position works closely with senior leadership to expand the company’s market presence, increase revenue streams, and foster long-term, sustainable business relationships.

· Develop and implement business development strategies to drive company growth, including identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
· Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management to achieve sales and growth objectives.
· Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers, to expand the company’s network and business opportunities.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to define and align business development goals with the company’s overall vision and strategic objectives.
· Oversee the creation of proposals, presentations, and business cases to secure new business and partnerships.
· Lead negotiation and closing of high-value deals and contracts, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with company goals.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
· Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards business development goals, providing regular updates to executive leadership.
· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate new business leads.
· Manage budgets for business development initiatives and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support growth.
· Courteously responds to inquiries.
· Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
· Can work both independently and in teams.
· Perform other related projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
· Must pass all criminal, substance and or financial background checks as requested.
· Must possess a valid class “c” driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle Report audits.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales or related field and 6 years of Manager or Senior Manager professional level in related level of related experience
OR
· 10 years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
