This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with a sharp eye for cash operations, financial risk, and liquidity strategy. As a Treasury Manager, you will oversee key treasury functions including cash flow forecasting, bank relationship management, and hedging activities. You’ll work within a fast-paced, mission-driven team that values precision, autonomy, and strategic thinking. This role is ideal for a proactive and analytical individual eager to contribute to impactful financial decision-making. The position is offered as a 6-month contract to cover a maternity leave.
Accountabilities:
- Lead daily cash operations, including reconciliation, account management, and banking infrastructure maintenance.
- Build and manage relationships with bank service providers to support operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies for managing short-term investments and money market funds.
- Oversee the end-to-end cash flow process: forecast, track, and analyze actuals with variance reviews.
- Mitigate financial risk through the application of hedging techniques related to interest rate exposure and foreign exchange.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and respond to audit and accounting inquiries related to treasury functions.
- Support ad-hoc financial projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in finance, including 2+ years specifically in Corporate Treasury.
- Demonstrated international finance experience is required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with forecasting and reconciliation tools.
- Proactive, self-directed work ethic with excellent multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
