Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer support tickets assigned to you, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Act as a key escalation point for Technical Support and Technical Account Management teams.
- Troubleshoot incidents with a “one-touch resolution” approach and ensure detailed follow-up through email and ticketing systems.
- Provide clear and informative guidance on product usage, technical issues, and integrations.
- Document resolutions and contribute to internal and external knowledge bases for future reference.
- Identify recurring issues and patterns, offering feedback for product and process improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams by writing thorough escalation notes and supporting complex technical analysis.
- 3+ years in a Technical Support role within a software or technology company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise with a focus on customer satisfaction and ownership.
- Proficient in writing technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, proxies, routing, subnets) and ability to use system tools for diagnostics.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and interpreting JSON responses.
- Competency with Linux shell commands in enterprise environments.
- Bonus experience includes:
- Python scripting or code analysis
- cURL usage for testing APIs
- TLS/certificate troubleshooting
- SAML and authentication protocols
- Log and database analysis (MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Docker and OpenVPN
- Fully remote work with flexibility to be based anywhere in the U.S. (PT/MT time zones preferred)
- Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 USD
