One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Product Designer in the United States.

We’re seeking a highly skilled Staff Product Designer to help lead the evolution of a company-wide design system, driving scalable solutions that power product consistency, accessibility, and efficiency. In this cross-functional role, you'll partner with product, engineering, and design teams to create and manage reusable components and design patterns. Your contributions will shape the foundation of a rapidly growing platform used by millions. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine systems thinking, UX best practices, and a deep understanding of design tooling to support teams in delivering world-class user experiences.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, iteration, and documentation of reusable UI components and patterns within a centralized design system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define the strategy and roadmap for evolving the design system
  • Advocate for design best practices, accessibility compliance (WCAG), and consistency across all product surfaces
  • Provide guidance and support to teams implementing the system, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation, training materials, and design guidelines
  • Conduct research with internal users and analyze product data to refine workflows and boost system adoption
  • Ensure all contributions to the system meet quality, scalability, and usability standards
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping complex web-based products, with strong design system expertise
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, styles, and tokens across large libraries
  • Proven ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints in a systems-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience integrating them into UI design
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and communication, particularly with engineering teams
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities
