🔧 What You’ll Do

• Own & Optimize Our Business Systems Stack – Evaluate, implement, and refine enterprise tools that align with business priorities.
• Lead Key System Rebuilds – Overhaul critical infrastructure (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee) to support performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Ensure Platform Stability – Define and enforce testing, monitoring, and exception-handling best practices.
• Drive Adoption & Training – Enable internal teams to fully leverage tools via documentation, training, and support.
• Build Smart Integrations – Architect and manage high-impact system integrations to ensure clean data flow and automation across teams.
• Manage Vendors & Licensing – Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms and manage renewals strategically.

• Salesforce Architecture Expertise – Strong experience designing scalable Salesforce ecosystems and improving system layers and integrations.
