Description

We are looking for a motivated mechanical engineering graduate to join the Hardware Quality team for the Large Format printing products, in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop Finite Element models to simulate a range of mechanical loads applied to structural components
• Define and plan relevant mechanical tests for model correlation and iterative tuning
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for design improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability
• Be an excellent team player

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Demonstrated analytical thinking, technical analysis, and data manipulation skills
• Ability to learn and apply new analytical techniques
• Knowledge of Ansys, CFD, MATLAB, and statistical analysis
• Python knowledge is a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Methodical and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Basic understanding of research methodology
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
