Requirements
You will help us create a welcoming, safe, and clean environment for our guests! Join an experienced team that prides itself in delivering authentic service and an amazing experience.
- Promptly respond to any guest requests (phone, email, text, in-person, etc.)
- Manage daily reservations (guest info, dates, payments, etc.) to ensure financials are in order, don’t worry we will train you!
- Help us keep our guest rooms sparkly clean, sanitized, and stocked!
- Care for the hotel to ensure common areas are always clean and tidy
- Welcome guests to town, showcasing local restaurants, attractions, and ensuring they make the most of their visit
- Set up and breakdown a tasty breakfast for our guests including restocking supplies and conducting inventory
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet our standards, report maintenance needs
- Any other task required for the successful functioning of the hotel!
What are we looking for?
- I can work independently for shifts ranging from from 6am-9PM (chat with us about open shifts!)
- I am able to work weekends and holidays, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts
- I can uphold our Team Values (Reliable, Lead by Example, Personable, Integrity, Never Settle)
- I am friendly and customer focused with a passion for delivering an awesome guest experience
- I am computer savvy and have a get er' done problem solver
- I have great attention to detail and a passion for keeping everything clean and tidy!
- I have a strong work ethic and am a reliable team player
- I can lift at least 25 pounds
