We are looking for a Site Admin Support Lead to join our Sales team based in Prestons. This is a lynchpin role which provides admin support to our General Manager, State Sales NSW/ACT and our Director of Innovation. But there’s much more to this role! You’ll also be responsible for:
- The management of office and facility management duties for the Prestons site
- Coordination of events and associated logistics such as catering and issuing invitations and information for the site
- Coordinating the onboarding / off boarding of sales employees including the set-up of induction plans and tools for new starters (phones, computers, cars/e-Tags, swipe cards, etc).
- Preparing presentations and reports.
- Coordinating and supporting corporate functions, staff events and external events
- Managing our meeting rooms and breakout/kitchen areas
And everything else in between!
About you
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised and happy to get involved with all aspects of the role as no two days will be the same. In addition, you will have:
- Strong professionalism and a high level of confidentiality and discretion in the way you manage information.
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain relationships with work colleagues and customers at all organisational levels both internal and external to the organisation.
- Advanced computer literacy across the suite of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
- Exceptional teamwork approach and motivation to work together to achieve shared goals.
- Advanced organisational skills and confident engaging and organising others.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Tenacity and resilience with a ‘can-do’ attitude when addressing challenges.
- Confidence working independently and autonomously with self-guidance and minimal supervision.
- Focus on the detail and be thorough in completing work tasks with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
- Strong customer focus and concern for fulfilling customer needs and requirements.
