As Fixed Production Cost, SG&A & ITO Cost Productivity Manager, you will be responsible for leading cost optimization strategies for the variable and non-variable cost portfolios of the MENA Services business.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate resources to achieve goals with a timely a cost-effective strategy.
The Cost Productivity Manager will have overall responsibility to drive cost optimization and reduction processes and initiatives for his/her portfolio, through:
FPC & SG&A costs
- Leading regional financial data analysis for Fixed Production Cost (FPC) & Sales, General & Administrative Costs (SG&A)
- Work with HQ finance teams and 5 sub-regions to design a process for accurate cost allocation.
- Develop MENA SG&A View and cost reductions strategies across the region
- Develop approval process for cost center / BUC Code utilization and review process
- Identification and implementation of productivity programs for Other variable costs of operation - Facilities / IT / Contract Legislation
- Coordinating with Sub-Regions on FPC & SG&A cost targets and progress reports
VCP - ITO costing & Margin Reviews
- Develop Process and criteria for VCP involvement in ITO to support TX orders and commitments pipeline
- Create long-term strategies to speed up JCE development and avoid margin erosion in long term cost estimation
- Coordinate with Commercial Directors and Commercial Managers on all large opportunities
- Work extensively with Sales, Commercial and Fulfillment team to define key areas of cost improvements and long-term impact
- Own TX WF process adherence and data integrity
- Creation and Implementation of VCP Margin Review Process
- Coordinating with Sub-regional P&Ls and Fulfillment centers (FieldCore, Repair Shops & Parts Teams)
- Capturing, Analyzing and Reporting Regional Cost Performance
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in financial or fulfillment business functions
- Strong knowledge of GE finance and accounting tools and systems
