About the Role:
Flow Studio brings ideas to life across everything from product packaging and apparel to store launches, photo shoots, and storytelling experiences. Our work supports Flow’s mission of building connected communities where people can rediscover themselves, their neighbors, and the natural world.
We’re looking for a Lead Project Manager to help keep our studio running smoothly. This person will play a key role in managing day-to-day projects, timelines, and vendor communications—ensuring creative work gets done with clarity, speed, and consistency. You’ll collaborate with designers, marketers, and external partners to support a wide range of studio initiatives.This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a creative but structured environment.
\n- Help intake and prioritize project requests from across the organization.
- Create and maintain project timelines, task lists, and status updates.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external vendors to keep work moving.
- Track deliverables and budgets to help ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain organization across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ensure work aligns with brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Support the implementation of new tools and systems that improve team efficiency.
- 4–6 years of experience in project coordination, production, or creative operations—ideally within a creative or brand environment.
- A strong sense of organization, accountability, and follow-through.
- Experience working on creative projects such as merchandise, photography, content, or marketing campaigns.
- Ability to communicate clearly with different types of teams and personalities.
- Confidence using project management tools (like Asana, Airtable, or Notion) and comfort adapting to new systems.
- A calm, solutions-oriented approach to fast-paced, evolving work.
