What You’ll Do

Own the AI Quality Pipeline

• Measure model performance, establish robust evaluation processes, and drive continuous model improvement.

• Prioritize work based on ROI and measurable outcomes to ensure we tackle the highest-impact opportunities.

Collaborate Closely with Users

• Partner directly with legal experts, operators, and engineers to deeply understand workflows.

• Rapidly transform complex processes into intuitive, performant automations.

What You Bring

• Proven AI/ML chops: You’ve shipped language or vision systems (or complex prompt chains) to production and iterated fast.

• Data rigor: Clear metrics, clean experiments, transparent communication.

• Product intuition: You can explain why a 3-point accuracy bump matters—or when it doesn’t.

• Ownership mindset: Ambiguity energizes you; you break big bets into shippable milestones and deliver.

• Growth mindset: You're always learning, comfortable exploring unfamiliar territory, and eager to expand your skill set and bring learnings back to the team.

• Bonus: Experience with legal tech, voice agents, or OCR pipelines.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $170k – $230k (DOE)

• Equity: Above-market - own a meaningful slice of the upside
