About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hiring Coordinator to support and streamline their growing recruitment efforts. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of the hiring process—supporting in-house recruiting as well as partnerships with offshore and on-site staffing agencies. You’ll ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end hiring processes across in-house and agency recruitment pipelines
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date candidate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews across global time zones, ensuring timely communication between candidates and hiring managers
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external staffing agencies
  • Monitor the status of open roles, follow up on deliverables, and flag delays or issues proactively
  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening coordination, and offer letter preparation
  • Support onboarding logistics in partnership with HR or operations
  • Help implement and maintain best practices for recruitment workflow and documentation

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or similar roles
  • Proven ability to stay organized and keep multiple hiring processes on track
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and cultures
  • Strong attention to detail—nothing gets past you
  • Experience working with ATS tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Google Sheets)
  • Bonus: Experience working with offshore hiring or global staffing agencies
