Product Manager
Job Description
About Eyebot
Eyebot is an outcome-focused technology company on a mission to make vision care accessible to everyone, equally. Headquartered in Boston’s North End and backed by top investors and the National Science Foundation, our 90-second vision test kiosk is reshaping how vision care is delivered.
If you’re passionate about solving big problems and building the future of vision care, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
We’re seeking an independent, user-obsessed product manager to lead development and optimization of Eyebot’s core products (both digital and physical). You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and clinical partners to define priorities, drive execution, and deliver solutions that delight users and solve real-world vision care pain points. This is a hands-on role where creativity, technical acumen, and customer empathy are critical. You'll shape intuitive experiences across both software and interactive hardware systems.
Note: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Boston. We work together 4-5 days a week to support rapid prototyping and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do:
Own the product roadmap for one or more key areas (e.g., kiosk experience, backend tools, or clinician interface)
Translate business objectives and user feedback into actionable product specs and requirements
Partner with engineering and design to prioritize and deliver impactful features
Interface with customers to gather requirements and communicate decisions
Work with UX designers to guide flow decisions to optimize the user experience
Manage testing, QA, and product rollouts across hardware and software systems
Analyze performance and feedback to guide continuous improvement
Facilitate communication and alignment across internal teams
What We're Looking For:
Technical
3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in health tech, hardware, or SaaS
Strong technical judgment and comfort working closely with engineers. You understand how systems fit together and can clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. You keep Notion, Google Sheets, and documentation clean and current because it frustrates you to have things messy.
Hands-on experience shaping product UI and UX from early concept through to launch
Comfortable defining and tracking key product and customer metrics, but equally confident making thoughtful decisions when the data isn’t available yet
Personality
You’re energized by fast-paced environments and excited to grow with a startup that’s scaling quickly
You take ownership of your work and care deeply about quality
You hold yourself (and your teammates) to a high bar
You follow through on commitments and take responsibility for outcomes
You bring a low ego, collaborative mindset and a sense of humor. You are easy to work with, open to feedback, and able to keep perspective even when things do not go according to plan
Bonus
Experience in regulated, clinical, or health and wellness environments
Familiarity with kiosks, IoT, or embedded hardware systems
What We Offer:
Competitive salary in the range of $130,000 to $150,000, along with meaningful equity
Flexible work schedule with unlimited PTO
A culture where every idea is welcome, no matter how out there it sounds — that’s how Eyebot got started
Full health, dental, and vision insurance
Commuter support and wellness benefits
A collaborative office environment in Boston’s North End, with regular team lunches and a great waterfront location
The chance to build products that improve lives and redefine how vision care is delivered
