Job Description
The Entrepreneurs’ Organization Greece chapter is seeking a well-organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. As Chapter Admin, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Chapter Manager and contributing to the continued success of our chapter, which has been recognized as one of the best chapters in Europe, growing to almost 120 members in 10 years. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, enterprising individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The Chapter Admin will assist with operational aspects of the organization while helping the Chapter Manager execute strategic goals and day-to-day activities. We are looking for a detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills, and who is above all flexible both in tasks and working hours. We are looking uniquely at candidates who seek a longer-term commitment to working with our chapter.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Chapter Manager: Assist with operational and administrative tasks, enabling the Chapter Manager to focus on strategic initiatives and organization-wide communication.
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the chapter, ensuring smooth operations.
- Financial Administration: Process payments and invoices for the chapter. Support the Finance Chair with local and global financial tasks.
- Event Coordination: Organize and execute logistics for chapter events, training sessions, and member activities. Handle event registrations, payments, speaker contracts, site contracts, and event communication.
- Member Support: Provide assistance to chapter members, ensuring they are informed of opportunities and administrative tasks. Manage member data in the local CRM and on EOnetwork.
- Membership: Assist with member recruitment, dues collection, and member communication.
- Internal Communication: Assist with internal communications, including occasional updates, newsletters, and event announcements.
- Maintain Chapter Information: Help in updating and maintaining chapter details on EOnetwork and in the local CRM system.
- Support Board Members: Collaborate with board members as needed on local initiatives, recruitment, training schedules, and event logistics. Assist the Chapter Manager in preparing progress reports for the Board members.
- Experience: 2+ years in administrative, people operations, marketing, or event coordination roles.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal (fluent in English and Greek).
- Proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, while being a supportive team player.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as required by event schedules and organizational needs.
