If you are an Engineering professional, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Emerson is seeking a Customer Care Director Flow at our Boulder, CO location. As the Customer Care Director, you will ensure world class customer support and sales generation for Measurement Solutions by effectively leading the Domestic Inside Sales team. This role combines leadership skills and technical knowledge to support the growth of our Measurement Solutions business.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide leadership to the Inside Sales team to meet stated sales goals. This includes promoting effective selling behaviors, facilitating communication between Inside Sales staff and Outside Sales force, and partnering with America Sales and Marketing on Sales programs for the year
- Provide direct leadership to the Inside Sales team by ensuring consistency across the different sales areas in the United States. Manage and drive programs across the department focused on selling new products and delivering profitable growth
- Assure accurate and timely response to customer requests through our Inside Sales and Order Management teams, while organizing workload conducive to supporting both the customer's needs and the company's objectives and vision
- Develop processes for the effective delivery of customer support
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineers, marketing, and customer care team to supervise and support customer issues and solicit feedback

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline
- Eight (8) years related experience required
- Prior management and supervisory experience required
- Ability to lead, influence and communicate effectively in a heavily matrixed organization
- Legal authorization to work in the United States

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $120,800-$140,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
