Treasurer
Job Description
Crumbl Enterprises is seeking a strategic and experienced Treasurer to join our Corporate Finance team. This role will be responsible for leading the company’s cash management strategy, overseeing debt covenant compliance, managing international banking relationships, and ensuring short- and long-term liquidity needs are met in support of the company's growth trajectory. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, preferably within multi-entity, international, and high-growth companies.
\n- Lead enterprise cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and capital allocation strategy
- Monitor and ensure compliance with debt covenants, including reporting, financial ratio tracking, and lender communications
- Manage and optimize banking relationships, including both domestic and international accounts, cash pooling, and FX risk mitigation
- Oversee daily and long-term cash positioning, including investment of excess cash in accordance with corporate policy
- Develop and implement cash management policies, treasury controls, and internal governance processes
- Support strategic financing initiatives, including new credit facilities, refinancing, or capital structure evaluations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and International Ops to align treasury operations with broader business objectives
- Lead or support the implementation of treasury systems and banking technology platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CTP preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multi-entity, international, or franchise-heavy environment
- Strong understanding of debt instruments, covenant management, and capital structure strategy
- Proven success in managing global banking relationships and navigating cross-border transactions
- Highly proficient in cash forecasting models and treasury tools; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth environment
