Job Details

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an experienced, innovative and data savvy Program Manager III to drive data insights for its Talent Acquisition team. This caregiver is an entrusted partner to the VP Talent Acquisition, playing a key role in identifying, translating and relating data linked to recruitment across the enterprise, influencing strategies to engage and attract candidates aligned with the organization’s values. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to support Cleveland Clinic’s vision to be the best place to work in healthcare. The Talent Acquisition Insights Program Manager will drive Talent Acquisition’s enterprise recruitment strategy through a strong understanding of recruitment strengths and opportunities, along with a variety of dashboards and tools. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this position will play a major role in influencing the delivery of 26,000 annual hires, candidate inventory and team performance 

 

This caregiver will work closely with leadership to track supply, demand, hires, recruitment productivity and effectiveness. Additionally, they will maintain a pulse on workforce development trends to meet the hiring demands across the US and work closely with our benchmarking partner. An analytical mindset and compelling storytelling are key to informing our recruitment and engagement strategies.  

 

This caregiver will be deeply connected with team members in Talent Acquisition to understand their lived experiences through visual management, to drive process improvement using Lean methodologies, and leverage insights tools to tell Talent Acquisition’s story. An agile approach to managing multiple priorities along with flexibility to support the team is key. Critical thinking and the ability to thread the needle from data insights to experiences and stories is required. 

 

This caregiver works Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. -- 5 p.m on-site at our Beachwood location. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will: 

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters and Talent Acquisition caregivers to understand critical talent strategies and the data required to implement, track and identify trends. 

  • Effectively communicate actionable findings to stakeholders. 

  • Maintain and document talent data policy and framework with the goal of increasing data consistency, usability and access to users. 

  • Serve as talent acquisition SME for other caregivers in the department and across the enterprise. 

  • Develop, implement, manage and maintain operational systems and activities. 

  • Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community. 

  • Own, track and communicate objectives and key results. 

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines. 

  • Serve as coach and mentor for other positions in the department. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field 

  • Five years of related experience 

  • OR master’s degree and four years of experience 

  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and financial management and problem-solving skills 

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development 

  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

  • Master's degree 

  • Healthcare experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. 

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.  

  • Ability to work with physical records or operate a computer or other office equipment.  

  • In some locations, ability to travel throughout the hospital system.  

  • In some locations ability to move up to 25 lbs.
