About the Role
This dual role combines the day-to-day responsibilities of an Executive Assistant—managing schedules, communications, and priorities for senior leadership—with the forward-thinking, structured oversight of a Project Manager—driving initiatives, tracking milestones, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
You’ll work closely with executives, support high-level decision-making, and ensure that key projects and operations run smoothly from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistant Duties
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, reports, and meeting materials
Project Manager Duties
- Lead, track, and report on the progress of key strategic initiatives
- Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and coordinate teams
- Anticipate risks and roadblocks, and drive timely solutions
- Document processes and create systems for operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or similar role
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Bonus: background in [industry or sector]
