Overview

ELIGIBILITY: FILIPINO CITIZEN

SHIFT: NIGHT (9PM - 6AM)

SET UP: HYBRID (2-3 DAYS A WEEK IN CIRCUIT, MAKATI)

 

The Product Marketing Specialist plays a key role in equipping our market-facing teams with impactful collateral and tailored materials that drive the adoption of our innovative patient engagement solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of healthcare and consumer market insight, creative communication and design skills, and project management expertise to support sales effectiveness, strengthen brand consistency, and enhance client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and design sales enablement collateral—including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, advertisements, and product sheets—to specifically support marketing of our Access & Acquisition solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement and Sales to tailor materials for specific prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their unique needs and pain points.
  • Partner closely with sales, product, and clinical teams to translate complex solution features into clear, compelling value propositions for healthcare providers, payers, and health tech and services companies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Carenet’s offerings, including patient acquisition and loyalty, appointment management, AI-powered communication, telehealth, and patient engagement platforms.
  • Gather and incorporate market, competitor, and client insights to refine messaging, promotional strategies and collateral, ensuring materials reflect the latest industry trends and Carenet’s differentiators.
  • Support the creation of content for digital campaigns, webinars, events, and client meetings, adapting messaging for various channels and audiences.
  • Ensure all materials adhere to Carenet’s brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Track collateral usage and effectiveness, gathering feedback from sales and clients to inform continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, production design, or sales enablement—preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related B2B industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging, persuasive marketing and sales materials for B2B audiences.
  • Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on deadline.
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to distill complex healthcare solutions into clear, client-ready messaging.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms) and digital content creation.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in healthcare technology, patient access, or telehealth environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare provider and payer markets, including knowledge of patient acquisition, scheduling, and engagement challenges preferred.

Team Members regularly engage with digital communication tools, and interruptions commonly occur through channels such as Microsoft Teams, email notifications, and virtual meetings. The work environment involves minimal physical movement and is generally quiet, aside from digital notifications.

     

    Physical Demand: This is a primarily sedentary role that involves prolonged periods of sitting and sustained screen time throughout the workday. The position requires frequent and repetitive hand and wrist movements associated with typing and mouse use. Visual focus and attention to digital detail are essential, with near vision required for extended periods. Minimal physical exertion is needed, as duties do not typically require lifting, standing, or manual handling of materials.
