Salary: up to £30k DOE
Hours: 37.5 per week/Monday-Friday
Job Type:12 Month FTC, Full-time,
Location: Remote with travel to our HO in Northampton and Event Venues throughout UK
Purpose of Role:
Reporting in the Head of Employee Experience, within HR, the role of Employee Experience Executive will support the delivery of our Employee Experience Strategy. Accountable for executing a cross-company approach to existing experience touchpoints, significant HR projects and corporate initiatives. You will ensure a single overview, including timelines, costs and status. This will include the coordination of multiple projects to support our employee experience at all stages of the employee lifecycle. The role will work closely with the respective HR teams, operations and cross-functional colleagues to support the successful delivery of an outstanding employee experience.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
The job holder will work with the HR team and leaders to deliver an employee experience like no other, whether they work remotely or in person.
Manage the Employee Experience Annual Plan
Prioritise and coordinate multiple Employee Experience projects as required, based on agreed criteria
Co-ordinate events including AoE’s, Leadership Conferences, and Management Conferences
Co-ordinate the Be Heard employee forum meeting schedule and action plan
Support group events and other high-impact HR programmes that improve employee engagement.
Co-ordinate Employee Experience projects on time and within budget including annual surveys
Propose, develop and implement project delivery processes, setting realistic project milestones and holding colleagues to account for delivery.
Create and implement critical paths and project status reporting for the senior team to track delivery
Effectively communicate with and manage key stakeholders and external vendors
Communicate Employee Experience information effectively and accurately
Analysis of engagement scores, data and trends that influence engagement and provide insight that supports the employee experience
Work with HR and Operations teams to create solutions to improve the employee experience across the business
Support the writing and production of employee experience communications, including emails, social media, updates and any other materials that will be shared with the business
Support on BH Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives for employees in conjunction with the Head of Employee Experience and Internal Communications
Keep up to date with the latest employee experience research, techniques and approach, and network with peers
Comply with Bright Horizons policies and procedures regarding the operation of services and the employment of staff, whilst actively promoting the core values of the business - HEART principles and Keeping Everyone Safe.
Essential Experience:
Experience in working in a similar role, planning and managing events.
Experience of culture/people change.
Experience in managing multiple projects and confident in supporting senior leaders.
Experience in working cross-functionally, prioritising projects and remaining calm under pressure.
Experience in managing engagement events and/or high-impact engagement projects
Experience in coordinating business transformation projects
Impactful and engaging, being able to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels, comfortable and credible challenging decisions at senior levels
Assertive and able to take initiative.
Ability to interpret and analyse engagement data
Results-driven orientation, work independently and with confidence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure in situations of time criticality.
Strong knowledge of project management methods
