• Assist Account Managers in managing and communicating with assigned merchants
• Support in tracking parcel performance and daily operations
• Help in preparing weekly performance reports and insights
• Participate in merchant follow-up and issue resolution
• Conduct research on industry trends and client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, CS, Finance) to ensure client satisfaction
• Contribute to internal projects related to retention, reactivation, or growth

• How to manage B2B client relationships in a fast-paced industry
• Basics of logistics KPIs such as parcels, ASP, revenue, and retention
• Exposure to CRM tools and real-time operational challenges
• Understanding account segmentation and customer lifecycle.

• A university final year student or a fresh graduate majoring in Business or any relevant major.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 or Very Good to Excellent Grade.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrating ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

About the Internship:

Our internship program is designed for fresh graduates and last-year students who are passionate about learning and eager to take on new challenges.

What you need to know about this program:

This internship will last for 2 months, starting on the 1st of July till the end of August.

We offer compensation for the entire duration of the internship program.

It's a hybrid opportunity based on the team schedule.
