Job Summary

At BID Operations, we support our clients by streamlining their operations, enabling them to focus on growth and innovation. As a Senior Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping visual narratives through compelling motion content across digital platforms. You’ll lead the ideation, design, and execution of high-impact animations and videos that align with brand strategy, advertising goals, and educational messaging. This role is ideal for a seasoned creative professional with strong technical expertise, design acumen, and project leadership experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of motion graphics across digital platforms (social media, web, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and educational content).

• Design and animate intros, outros, lower thirds, complex transitions, explainer animations, and impactful visual effects.
• Create storyboards, animatics, and visual mockups to communicate ideas with internal teams and clients.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client brand guidelines and platform-specific standards.
• Seamlessly integrate motion graphics with live-action footage and visual assets to create cohesive video content.
• Select and edit background music and sound effects to enhance storytelling and production quality.
• Execute color grading, complex transitions, and VFX as needed to elevate production value.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), and optionally 3D tools (Cinema 4D, Blender) and DaVinci Resolve for advanced editing and grading.
• Partner with project managers, copywriters, and strategists to deliver visually compelling creative solutions aligned with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand needs, present ideas, and gather feedback.
• Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and design best practices to continually evolve creative output.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in motion graphics and design, ideally in an agency or fast-paced corporate setting focused on branding, advertising, and/or educational content.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of static and animated design work, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned content is required.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects (expressions, plugins), Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is a plus.
• Deep understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense and a passion for delivering exceptional creative work.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative approaches to visual design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects independently and mentor junior designers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects with precision and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Proficiency in  Mandarin is an added advantage as need to deal with Chinese client.
