We are seeking a detail oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis to support transactional and administrative finance tasks. This role is designed to provide additional bandwidth to the local finance function, working closely with both local and central finance teams. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and capable of managing routine finance processes with accuracy
Responsabilities
- Assist in invoice processing and validation in line with company policies
- Support purchase order (PO) creation and vendor invoice tracking
- Help maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation (e.g. scanning, archiving)
- Provide support in preparing and reviewing financial data for month-end closing
- Assist in reporting tasks and finance system updates
- Collaborate with the central Finance team on local compliance and audit requirements
- Other tasks as assigned by the local management
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role, ideally in a corporate or shared service environment
- Basic understanding of finance processes such as invoicing, purchase orders, and month-end closing
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
- Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems MS Dynamics is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to completing tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
